Time Travel to the past or future

Welcome back

It is very difficult for me to decide whether to travel to the future or to the past, and I am also of the idea that you have to live in the present. It makes me question many things, such as if I travel in the same timeline, if I can bring objects, if I can appear anywhere in the world or if my presence has consequences. In any case, I would not like to stay in that place.

Maybe I could travel to the past to see what my childhood was like since there are many things I don't remember and I could help little javi, however, the past defines who I am now. Therefore, I prefer to travel to the future but not too far. First, I would write down lottery numbers or sports results to have guaranteed money. Also, I would like to see how climate change affects the future, since I know that at some point it will be impossible to live and since I want to see the whole world, I must travel before it is destroyed.

In addition,  I would see the scientific advances that exist in the area that I plan to specialize in and I would take away some tool or knowledge that would allow me to advance in my research. It could bring the cure for certain diseases or the cause of these, such as cancer or HIV. I would do all this without attracting attention so as not to generate unexpected consequences.
